How to Retrieve Facebook Account Using Trusted Contact

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to recover your Facebook account using Trusted Contacts:
Step 1: Go to the Facebook Login Page
Click “Forgotten password?” under the login box.
Step 2: Identify Your Account
Enter your email, phone number, full name, or username to locate your account.
Select your account from the list shown.
Step 3: No Access to Recovery Options?

Step 4: Use Trusted Contacts
